Аннотація: For the first time, the intensity of 137Сs and 90Sr contamination of protein products of beekeeping was investigated (bee honey, perga, homogenate of drone larvae) and its compliance with the state hygienic standard for the specific activity of radionuclides in food products DR-2006. The influence of agrochemical measures (liming of acidic soils and fertilization with mineral and organo-mineral fertilizers of agricultural honey plants) on the intensity of accumulation of 137Сs and 90Sr in flower pollen has been proven. The intensity of 137Сs and 90Sr contamination of the protein products of beekeeping, produced by bees from the pollen of the main agricultural and forest park honeybees, was studied. The specific activity and coefficient of accumulation of 137Cs and 90Sr in bee pollen, comb and homogenate of drone larvae produced from the pollen of agricultural honey plants for reducing the acidity of the soils of honey-bearing lands by liming them and increasing the potassium in the soil due to the introduction of potassium chloride were determined. The effectiveness of the application of complex agrochemical measures (liming of acidic soils and introduction of potassium chloride under honey-bearing agricultural plants) for the production of protein products of beekeeping produced in conditions of radionuclide contamination of honey-bearing lands is substantiated. The technology of perga production in conditions of 137Cs and 90Sr contamination of honey-bearing lands has been improved.
